Return and Refund Policy

At Marked Prop, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Conditions

You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
  3. Custom backdrops are not eligible for return.
  4. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  5. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@markedprops.com.

Upon receipt of your return request, we'll guide you through the returns process and provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is in its original unused condition, the refund will be in the original method of payment. If the item is deemed used or damaged, store credit will be issued instead.

Damaged Items

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with pictures of the damaged product and packaging, at contact@markedprops.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as per your preference.
