These high-quality backdrops, made right here in the USA, are constructed from an exceptional 450gsm material, far superior to the regular PVC vinyl banner. And did we mention? They're non-curling, and every component, including the ink, is recyclable!
How can I clean my backdrops?
Keeping your backdrops clean is a breeze! Simply use a soft, damp cloth to lightly wipe away any dirt. Be sure to check for and remove any grit before storing or moving them. Even though they're water-resistant, remember they're printed, so gentle care is needed.
How should I clean and maintain my block props?
Our block props are easy to maintain. Simply give them a gentle wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Remember to avoid abrasive cleaning solutions to keep the finish intact.
Are the colors of the backdrops and block props accurate in the product photos?
We aim to provide the most accurate representation of our products in our photos. However, please be aware that individual monitor settings can result in slight color variations.

Absolutely! Our backdrops and block props are designed to withstand both indoor and outdoor conditions. If you're using them outdoors, just remember to bring them in after use to keep them in the best shape.
What is your processing time and shipping schedule?
We're committed to getting your orders out quickly. Place your order before 1pm Pacific Daylight Time, and it will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders received after this will go out the following day. Domestic shipping usually takes between 2-5 days, depending on your chosen shipping method. International orders are generally delivered within 3-7 days, but do note that customs processing can affect these timelines.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We hope this never happens, but if it does, please contact us at contact@markedprops.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Include a photo of the packaging and the damaged block so we can promptly assess and address the situation.
